Rental Policy

Changes and Cancellations

Changes in your order may be made up to 7-days prior to the event.  Cancellations may be subject to the loss of deposit if a rental has been missed on the items that have been cancelled.
Cleaning Charges

All items must be returned cleaned. China, glassware, and flatware must be returned rinsed and repacked properly in the crates/boxes provided. Items that are not returned clean will be subject to a reasonable cleaning charge.
Damaged or Missing Items

Lessees assume the entire risk of loss of equipment from damage, theft or mysterious disappearance, regardless of fault. Lessees agree to pay for any damages to or loss of equipment, regardless of cause (including those resulting from acts of nature), with the exception of reasonable wear, while the equipment is in the Lessees possession. Responsibility remains with the lessee from time of delivery or pickup from the store until the time of return to Parties Plus Bridals. The lessee should take precaution to ensure that the equipment is protected from weather and is secured when not in use. Boxes/Crates must be returned or the lessee will be responsible for the replacement cost.
Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery is made to closest point that the truck can park. Extra charges will result in deliveries that must be made upstairs or if an elevator must be used or to any point that requires extra time. Our standard delivery service does not include set up and take down of tables and chairs. If this service is required arrangements should be made at least 7-days in advance and will be subject additional set up and take down charges.
Deposits and Payments

There is a 20% non-refundable deposit required for reservations.  Some items may require a cleaning or security deposit in which the  amount will be determined on an item-by-item basis.  Cleaning and security deposits will be refunded promptly as long as the items are returned on time, clean and are not damaged.
Parties Plus Bridals accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.  Orders must be paid in full 7 days prior to delivery or at time of customer pick up unless the Lessee has an established charge account.
Linen and Skirting

Table linens and skirting are inspected prior to pick up and upon return.  DO NOT ROLL UP OR PLACE WET LINENS IN ANY BAG mildew will result.  If there is obvious damage such as mildew, wax, excessive stains, burns or tears lessee will be charged the replacement cost of the linen or skirting. Return all linens and skirting dry and free of waste.  All hangers and clips must be returned or the lessee will be responsible for the replacement cost.
Preparation of Site

Lessee agrees to have the site upon which the equipment is to be erected free and clear of all obstacles, natural or manmade, prior to the arrival of Parties Plus Bridals work crew.  Lessee further agrees to have all non-leased equipment and decorations cleared and taken from site prior time of take down.  If Lessee fails to do so, then Lessee shall pay all costs involved for any delay.
Rates

All rates are based on a one-day rental unless specified.  Rates are based on time out not time used.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
Set Up Service

Our standard delivery and pick-up service does not include set up and take down.  If this is a service that you require a special charge will be quoted and arrangements should be made several days prior to your event.
Tents and Canopies

When bad weather arises everyone is to evacuate the tent or canopy and find a safe place to wait out the storm.  Lessee agrees not to do any type of cooking under or within reasonable distance of the tent.
